This page describes how Costtell handles information when you use the bill-line decoder tool. The product is a single-person utility: you paste a line from a cloud billing report and get back a plain explanation. There are no third-party integrations, no analytics scripts, and no tracking.
When signed in: the lines you paste for decoding, the explanations we return, and the time of each lookup are saved in an encrypted database (D1 on Cloudflare). This history is tied to your account and is visible to you when you return.
Account data: your user identifier (from the shared fleet sign-in) and the email address you used to sign in. We store only what the shared auth host provides.
Without signing in: nothing is stored. The tool works entirely in your browser session. No data from an unsigned-in lookup reaches our database.
We do not collect or log IP addresses, browser fingerprints, user-agent strings, referrer headers, or any analytics data. There are no cookies other than the single session cookie that keeps you signed in (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax).
Costtell does not share your data with any third party. The product has no analytics, no advertising, no CRM integration, and no data-export partners. The underlying database is hosted by Cloudflare (D1) and subject to Cloudflare's own data-processing terms.
There is no self-service delete endpoint yet. To request deletion of your account and all associated lookup history, email costtell@agen2ic.ai. Because no legal entity has been registered for this product, this policy is a statement of intent rather than a legally binding document.
No company or legal entity has been registered for Costtell. The operator must supply a registered entity name, address, and jurisdiction before this policy can be enforced in any legal sense. Until then, this page describes the product's data practices as they actually stand, but does not create a binding agreement.
